The STED philosophy

Stronger running begins with training you can sustain.

STED builds durable runners through repeatable aerobic work, earned strength, controlled progression, and planned recovery. Every phase has a purpose; nothing is added simply for novelty.

  1. 01 Build Rhythm Establish repeatable aerobic work.
  2. 02 Build Strength Earn resilience before speed.
  3. 03 Build Support Add controlled, steady work.
  4. 04 Build Precision Sharpen without losing the base.
  5. 05 Absorb Recover, consolidate, continue.

Built with restraint

What you build over time matters more than what you prove today.

01

Progress in context

Personal bests, training pace guidance, and period comparisons show progress without turning every run into a test.

02

Recovery belongs

Rest, cutback weeks, and lighter days are part of the plan—not a failure to train.

03

Your data stays useful

Optional, read-only device data access brings completed workouts into the context of the plan. Manual review works too.
