COMMON ISSUES
Check your internet connection, return to the screen, and tap Refresh. Plan changes may take a moment to appear across Today and Plan.
Open Profile → Connected apps → Apple Health. Confirm that the connection is active, then refresh. STED still works without Apple Health.
Use the password reset option on the login screen and enter the email address linked to your account. If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
Open Plan and tap Change plan. You can switch back to the foundation plan or create a target plan for a supported race distance.
Open Performance and tap Update estimate. Enter a recent benchmark that reflects your current fitness—not an all-time result that no longer represents you.
Profile has separate options to reset your training setup or permanently delete your account and associated data. You can complete either action directly in STED.
